1. To book a place for the MIC tournament, teams must fill the registration form through the web site inside Club Registration. (Note: this does not mean the registration is confirmed).

2. Once the registration form has been sent, the organization will contact the person in charge of the club in order to complete the registration.

3. Teams will be officially registered once they have made the first payment of 1.800 € per team (900 € per team if they participate without accommodation). This amount will be part of the total amount to pay. We recommend to make this payment as soon as possible as it is the only way to certify the registration The first 32 teams who will make the transfer will be the ones that will participate.

4. Before January 15th, 2013: 50% of the total amount has to be paid.

5. Before February 26th , 2013: the rest of the total amount has to be paid.

6. One month before the start of the tournament* teams will have to inform of the number of participants of the team, send the list of all the participants, inform of the teams arrival and departure information (air company, flight numbers, times of arrival and departure…).

*The organization will not guarantee the accommodation of anyone after this date.
